Here at Luxe by Celly, we strive to make every item and experience as perfect as possible, but if you feel that your item arrived damaged or has an error, please let us know immediately. RETURN POLICY

There are no exchanges, or returns, or refunds on body butters nor body scrubs no body oils due to sanitary reasons.

Luxe by Celly is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, DELAYED OR DAMAGED ITEMS. Also, if your product arrives damaged, you can file a damage claim with the carrier. You are also eligible for store credit on melted body butters/ any other product with picture proof.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of shipping your items. To cancel your order please contact our Customer Service Representatives within 24 hours of your order. 
Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. The account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. it may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
