Shipping Method
Where do you ship?
We provide shipping to Canada and USA. However, due to the security reasons, we can’t deliver a shipment to the military area.
How do you ship?
We ship orders by mail service. After finishing processing your order, we will package the item(s) then send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.
Shipping Time
How long will my order take to be delivered?
All orders are handmade and are expected to ship within 1-7 days of receiving the order ( Depending on order levels).
We start preparing your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes approximately 3-16 days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
We will send your tracking number to the email you provided when placing your orders. This email will guide you on how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive the email.
When will my tracking information appear?
You should see tracking events within 2-5 days after you have received the tracking number/ID. There may be delays for postal services updating the tracking information.
Why can't I track my order on your website?
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated.
For the first time, it may take a few days to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please track again later.
Why is my shipment status unchanged?
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
🌞 Warm Weather Shipping Notice
Our Luxe by Celly body butters are made with all-natural ingredients and no artificial stabilizers, which means they may melt during transit in warmer temperatures.
Don’t worry—melting does not affect the quality or benefits of the product! If your butter arrives melted or softened:
Place it in the fridge for 15–20 minutes.
Let it solidify before opening to avoid spills.
Whip it with a clean utensil if desired for a fluffier texture.
We recommend choosing express shipping during hot weather and tracking your package closely to avoid it sitting in the heat too long.
By purchasing, you acknowledge the risk of melting and understand we cannot issue refunds for heat-related changes.

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Credit card or Debit card. So you can choose the most suitable one for you.
Tax & Duties
If you are charged tax and duties on these products upon arrival, you are solely responsible for paying these fees. Please check with your postal service before ordering if you will be charged these fees.
Products
If this is your first time using this product, we recommend that you perform an allergy test before use. This can simply be done by applying a small amount to your forearm and waiting for 24 hours to see if any irritation occurs. If you are pregnant or are breastfeeding, you may want to speak with your health care practitioner for further guidance before using products that contain essential oils.

All of our ingredients are natural & organic and are listed under each product.
NUT ALLERGY
Our products may also contain nuts. Discontinue use if irritation or any form of discomfort arises.

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or do exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
